If you do not have a church home in this area, we invite you to become an active or affiliate member at First Presbyterian Church of Port Saint Lucie. Persons may enter into active membership by any of the following methods...
Joining Our Church
The church is also reaching out, making a difference locally and throughout the state by providing volunteers, material goods and financial aid to The Mustard Seed, Duval Home, migrant worker programs, Victory Children's Home, nursing homes and the Port Saint Lucie Medical Center.
Reaching Out (James 1:22)
Worship and Special Services
In addition to our Sunday Worship Service, we provide other opportunities to grow as Christians through special services and activities. On Maundy Thursday we celebrate communion with a seder-style meal, served in a manner reminiscent of the Last Supper. Christmas Eve is celebrated with scripture, carols and candles. Other Holidays are celebrated with special music by the choir and guest musicians.
Christian Education
Church school classes for adults and children meet before worship from September through June. As Church School members increase, opportunities for participating in study and mission will also increase.
Audio & Visual Aids
Audio aids and large print hymn books are available as needed. Just let an Usher know.
